Refund Policy & FAQ

Q: Are walk-ins welcome?

A: Yes! Walk-ins are more than welcome, but in order to guarantee an appointment you can book with Posh online, or call the salon at (512)-863-7774. We recommend for special occasions you book every appointment and confirm via our text/email confirmation.


Q: I booked online and cannot make my appointment! Is there a cancellation policy?

A: Posh Salon does have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment we request you do so 24 hours before your appointment time, otherwise a $25 charge will be applied to your account, in order to compensate the stylist for her time.



Q: Can I bring my own hair accessories?:

A: Yes you can! Feel free to bring any accessory or inspiration for a special occasion or event. For more information about celebrating a special occasion with Posh Salon, please see our Special Occasion tab.

Q: I bought a product I am unhappy with, can I return it?

A: Yes! If any hair styling product or tool is defective or just not working for you, you're welcome to bring it back and we will replace the defective product or add credit to your account.

Q: I am unhappy with how my hair turned out, what are my options?

A: Because of the artistic nature of the industry, Posh Salon cannot offer a refund on salon services rendered. However, if for some reason Posh misses the mark or if you are unsatisfied in any way, contact the salon within three (3) days of service in order to get the issue corrected. 

If you are not satisfied with any service you have received, Posh ask that you come back to the salon so the issue can be visually inspected. At that time, Posh will schedule for the hair/color correction within two (2) weeks of service at no cost.

Anything after two (2) weeks is considered working with new growth and costs may occur.

Posh Salon is a Lanza Healing Center, and can only guarantee our color services if the prescribed products are purchased through the salon. Your salon services are an investment in YOU.

Posh cannot 'redo' services if you have your hair worked on elsewhere. Posh is happy for the opportunity to make things right and have you LOVE your hair!
